Driving Change In A Housing Society

We worked with a housing organisation as they transferred stock from a local authority, and over subsequent years to ensure a successful transition to a commercially focussed business that still retained the greatest emphasis on customer care.  We helped to develop the first Board of Trustees, coached the Senior Executive Team through managing and leading change, facilitated team and individual development across the business and provided workshops specfically geared towards maximising business efficiencies.
