Well here we go then….a blog for Challenge Manager! We are always encouraging our clients to keep up to date and try new things out in their businesses, and for themselves so I thought we should practice what we preach and learn a bit more about blogging. So to introduce myself, I am Sam and I am a Director of Challenge Manager Ltd. At Challenge Manager we work with clients on getting the best from the people they employ - be that through HR Support in the legal aspects of getting it right, or through helping managers and directors to support, encourage, motivate, empower and develop their employees, and we do this with training programmes, providing learning opportunities, faciliitation, coaching and mentoring. In the business we are currently excited about the launch of our new website…coming very soon and our rebranding with new logo and colour schemes….watch this space! Well I am off to get some essential things done whilst I have a quiet hour to myself - I don’t usually work Sundays (after all we practice what we preach about great life balance at Challenge Manager!) but I am aiming for being on top of everything before the kids break up for summer holidays. Fingers crossed for sunshine!
